About this Course

This course explores the work of the Chief Academic Officer in biblical higher education through the biblical and theological framework of Christ as shepherd, prophet, priest, and king. Participants will reflect on the spiritual, relational, instructional, and executive dimensions of academic leadership while considering how theological commitments shape institutional culture, mission, faculty development, student formation, and organizational care. The course combines theological reflection with practical leadership application to encourage faithful, sustainable, and Christ-centered academic leadership.
